Teaching Position at Seoul National University of Education<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
We are looking for dedicated, responsible English full-time lecturer to work at the Department of International Language Institute Education at Seoul National University of Education (http://www.snue.ac.kr).
1. Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in humanities, education, social sciences (preferred areas: TESOL education)
• Native English speaker (university teaching/teacher education experience preferred)
2. Working conditions/payment
• Teaching area: English conversation, classroom English, and/or TESOL English for academic purposes
• Full-time lecturer
• 1 year contract (Mar/1/2020-Feb/28/2021), annually renewable
• Minimum teaching hours per week: 25 hours teaching in both General TESOL and YL TESOL courses.(KRW 3,200,000 monthly salary)
• Extra payment for teaching hours exceeding 25 hours a week
• Option of additional teaching in the language center affiliated with SNUE (extra payment)
• 1 month’s severance bonus on completion of contract
• Benefits: pension and medical insurance
